Rachana comes with three years of experience in the development sector with rich field research and content curation skills. She holds a MA in Development (Azim Premji University) and a BA in Economics. Her undivided interest in the domain of maternal health brought her to Aastrika. Rachana comes with an understanding and experience of Societal Platform Thinking, Design Thinking, designing, and curating contextual scalable solutions that are easily consumable. Rachana is also a professional dancer and sings as well.
