Anoushaka is a development sector professional with a strong foundation in research and evaluation design. Prior to joining Aastrika, Anoushaka worked for 6.5 years with LEAD at Krea University, managing research projects on women’s issues, which included projects on childcare and women collectives. She has extensive experience in stakeholder management, project workflow management, data collection, and data management. Anoushaka holds a master’s degree in Social Work from The University of Texas at Austin, and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

Manasi Prabhakaran is a communications and advocacy professional passionate about reimagining care as central to health and gender equity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Gargi College, Delhi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Liberal Studies (Young India Fellowship) from Ashoka University, and also spent a semester at Sciences Po, Paris, studying global health policy and development. She brings over two years of experience in advocacy, communication, and research at the intersection of gender and health. with organizations such as ETI Services, Monk Prayogshala and Baatein, with expertise in campaign design, policy advocacy, and stakeholder engagement. Raised in Delhi, Manasi is also a trained Bharatanatyam dancer, published poet and a traveller who loves to explore food cultures.
