With over five years of hands-on clinical experience in maternity care, Precilla Nancy M. has developed strong expertise in maternal and newborn health through her work in labour and delivery units. She has consistently demonstrated excellence in patient care, emergency response, and staff coordination, making her a trusted leader in high-pressure clinical settings.
Precilla holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and is currently pursuing an MBA in Healthcare Management, reflecting her commitment to advancing healthcare leadership and driving systemic improvements in maternal health services.
In her previous role as a Night Supervisor Nurse, Precilla led maternity teams with precision and compassion, ensuring operational efficiency, patient safety, and team support during critical night shifts. Her strengths lie in emergency decision-making, leadership, and maintaining high standards of care under pressure.
Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), she has been recognised with the Best Nurse Award and a COVID-19 Warrior Certificate for her outstanding service during the pandemic. Her passion for nursing education and quality improvement continues to guide her work at Aastrika Foundation.
Precilla is multilingual, fluent in Kannada, English, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi—an asset that allows her to connect with patients and communities from diverse backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing, crafting, reading, and cooking.
