Primarily a graduate in Business, Accounting, and Law, Ruchi’s journey into community-focused work stems from a deep-rooted belief in holistic support and empowerment. She holds a Master of Accounting and Law from Deakin University (Melbourne, Australia) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Centre for Management Studies, Jain University (Bangalore, India).
Over the past four years, she has worked across the Australian not-for-profit and education sectors, offering emotional and operational support to individuals and families navigating complex circumstances. Her experience spans client intake, stakeholder management, student engagement, and frontline community service, with a notable contribution to organisations like Redkite, Monash University, and CISVIC.
Ruchi brings empathy, structure, and adaptability to every role she takes on, complemented by training in trauma-informed practice, grief support, and client advocacy.
Beyond work, she is an enthusiastic volunteer, a self-declared Kitkat connoisseur, and a hobby hunter constantly in search of her next creative pursuit.
